    Air Zimbabwe is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the role of Administration Officer in the Finance Department. The successful candidate will report to the Manager Finance.

    As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the asset register and ensuring asset reconciliation. Your duties will include managing and marketing properties, screening and managing tenants, determining rental prices, and overseeing rent collection and reconciliation. You will also manage property lease agreements in consultation with the Legal Department, coordinate property maintenance and repairs, and keep the properties register updated. Additionally, you will handle interactions with internal and external auditors and perform any other duties delegated by the Manager of Finance.


    Job Requirements

    To be considered for this role, you must hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification and have at least three years of experience in the accounting field. Prior experience in asset management will be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, possess integrity, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A solid understanding of Landlord-Tenant laws is essential, and a valid police clearance is mandatory.
