Description
As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for completing routine store functions efficiently, including receiving goods, verifying quality and quantity, labeling, shelving, and updating transactions in the inventory system. You will maintain and update the PPE and tools register to ensure tracking and compliance. Your role includes providing logistics support to various stakeholders, following up with suppliers for timely delivery, and handling the clearance and delivery of overseas shipments from HIA cargo. You will periodically review min-max reports, complete the re-ordering process to maintain optimum stock levels, and perform transactions in the inventory module. Additionally, you will conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure stock and data accuracy and manage the receipt, accounting, storage, and issuance of turnover spares and project balance materials.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a certificate in logistics management, finance, or an equivalent qualification, along with 3 years of relevant experience as a storekeeper. They should possess 2 to 5 years of job-related experience in a facilities maintenance warehouse and familiarity with ERP inventory modules. Experience in a similar role within an international airport is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office suites.
