Etihad Airways is recruiting for the position of Sales Representative, based in Dubai. The role involves performing, coordinating, and executing sales activities for assigned accounts. The Sales Representative will also oversee and monitor the market and competitors to ensure that the company's established sales targets are met, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's revenue objectives.
As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities include defining and implementing periodic sales activity plans to achieve and document targets. You will analyze market potential to evaluate the value of existing and prospective customers for sales opportunities and consolidate relevant information to identify intervention areas for target achievement. Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers is essential to generate revenue for the organization. Regular communication and meetings with accounts will ensure they are informed about new products and promotions to boost sales and meet targets. Fidelity techniques will be implemented to maintain long-lasting relationships with major accounts.
You will research and analyze product availability in the market to propose new products and services that improve company sales. Monitoring competitors' information will help define effective selling strategies to increase market share and visibility. Collaborating with marketing teams, you will identify the best promotional techniques to enhance sales performance. Regular communication with intermediaries will ensure the market is informed about the latest products and promotions. Additionally, you will coordinate and draft contractual agreements with intermediaries, ensuring compliance with policies and capturing customer requirements effectively. Lastly, you will negotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned trade and corporate accounts, ensuring sales are closed in line with corporate guidelines and objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of three years of work experience in a relevant field.
