Description
As a Guest Services Agent Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first face of the organization. Your duties will include gate check-in, greeting guests, handling VIPs, and providing special guest assistance. The role requires the ability to comfortably and frequently lift or move baggage and cargo weighing up to 50 pounds, along with frequent bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, stacking, and kneeling. You will also need to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, and baggage and cargo routing labels.
Salary Range: $13.00 Hourly Onwards

A successful evaluation of performance at the Ninety (90) Day milestone, from both Tropic Ocean Airways and a representative faculty member at FMU, may lead to a conditional job offer. Upon graduation from the FMU Aviation Program, the graduate will transition to full-time employment with Tropic Ocean Airways, and the accumulated experience will translate into a higher pay rate to reflect that tenure.
