Jet Aviation is recruiting for a Customer Service Agent based in Riyadh, primarily responsible for delivering exceptional professional services to customers by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings. The role involves planning and preparing required services for each flight, including distributing flight manifests to Government Agencies and the crew. It includes inspecting the cleanliness of lounges, terminals, vehicles, and reception areas, ensuring high hospitality standards at the Private Aviation and Royal Terminals. Duties also cover overseeing immigration processes for passenger passports and crew visas, coordinating ramp services for luggage delivery, and managing transportation logistics with Operations. Additional responsibilities involve assisting crew at various terminals, handling entry permissions for crew and vehicles, and facilitating ambulance access to the ramp when necessary.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a high school certificate with 5 years of customer service experience or a bachelor's degree with 2 years of customer service experience. They should have a minimum English proficiency level of 3, a good general appearance, and medical fitness. A valid driving license is required, along with proficiency in computer usage (e-mail, MS Office) and communication tools such as telephones and radios. The ability to drive a car is also essential.
