Description
The Crew Member will join the Customer Service team at Azulcenter, located in the Prado neighborhood, Belo Horizonte/MG.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers who contact Azul through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) regarding domestic and international flight services.

Requirements
- Completed High School education.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience working in a call center.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service (inbound or outbound).
- Higher education: ongoing or completed.
