Description
Nesma Airlines is seeking a CEO Admin Assistant based in Cairo, Egypt.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting the CEO with daily administrative tasks and completing a variety of duties such as managing an active calendar of appointments, arranging travel and accommodation along with related correspondence, preparing reports, presentations, and data, maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings, and handling email inquiries by directing requests and providing basic company information.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be fluent in both Arabic and English, in written and spoken form. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects, capable of organizing and managing large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information. The ideal candidate is self-directed, able to work without supervision, energetic, and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and trustworthiness with a respect for confidentiality are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills is also required.
