United Airlines is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative based in Indianapolis. In this role, you will interact with both domestic and international customers, assisting with ticketing, baggage handling, and providing a warm welcome to customers as they begin and end their journey. Your primary responsibility will be to offer friendly, professional, and confident service to resolve customer travel issues and create memorable experiences. You will be expected to engage with customers in a kind and helpful manner, anticipate their needs, and take responsibility when customer inconveniences occur. Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. The role requires comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies, along with the physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift and lift and handle baggage. Applicants must be able to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging. Candidates must also be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to meet the company’s attendance and uniform and appearance standards.
