Description
The Warehouse Agent is responsible for efficient warehouse operations. Duties include document coordination, shipment preparation, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. The agent will handle incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards. Additionally, the agent will maintain a clean and safe work environment, generate accurate reports, and contribute to continuous process improvement through data analysis and feedback.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role with familiarity of modern warehousing methods and practices.
- Minimum of five (5) GCE/CXC/CSEC Ordinary Level passes, including Mathematics and English.
- Customer-driven professional and proven team player.
- Forklift license (preferred).
- Basic proficiency in inventory software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Legal authorization to reside and work in Guyana.
