Description
The Jetpak Operations Agent, reporting to the Jetpak Operations Supervisor, is responsible for managing the seamless movement of packages from acceptance in Miami to customer delivery. This involves coordinating with third-party providers, ensuring efficient pick-up, transit, and delivery operations, and maintaining accurate package tracking. The agent will provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and addressing service issues promptly. Adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and key performance indicators is essential for achieving targeted service delivery levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC O’ Level passes (including Math and English) or a High School Diploma.
- Two (2) years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Competence in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Proven record of accomplishment in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and tact in dealing with customers, external contractors, and agencies.
- Understanding of the principles and practices of Warehouse & Logistics Management.
- Familiarity with industry and regulatory practices.
- Willingness to undergo Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol testing and a Security Background Check.
- Legal authorization to reside and work in Guyana.
