Description
The Delivery Driver (GEO) - Jetpak Operations, reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers. This involves adhering to assigned routes, handling packages with care, and verifying order details. The driver must prioritize customer satisfaction while operating the vehicle safely and efficiently in various weather conditions and traffic situations. Compliance with company standards and procedures is essential for meeting delivery deadlines and maintaining high-performance team standards.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of three (3) CSEC GCE/CXC Ordinary Level passes, including Mathematics and English.
- Valid driver's permit with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, customer service, and numeracy skills.
- Heavy-T or Forklift license.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment and Random Drug and Alcohol Testing.
- Ability to pass a Security Background Check.
- Legal authorization to reside and work in Guyana.
