    As a Supervisor Airport Services, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and professional service, adhering to the company's commercial, safety, and security policies. You will supervise and coordinate all internal and external agencies, including handling agents, service providers, airlines, and authorities, to ensure all relevant areas of operations are covered.

    You will analyze anticipated operational problems, such as over bookings, adverse weather, delays, cancellations, and crew flight time limitations, and take remedial action to minimize disruption. You will ensure that service providers are fully briefed on Emirates' requirements for the day's operation, updating this information as needed to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.

    You will also ensure that post-flight activities are completed correctly to protect company revenue and facilitate customer handling at an-route stations and destinations. You will respond to queries, complaints, and claims efficiently and timely, and undertake administrative functions as directed by the Airport Services Manager or Airport Services Officer.

    You will process baggage claims, control expenditure on damaged and lost baggage claims, support the Emirates Ticket Desk, coach and develop airport services agents, assist in staff performance reviews, conduct credit card verification and travel document checks, and support duties in the Emirates lounge. You will also liaise with service providers and supervise contracted staff, overseeing catering, cleaning, and maintenance operations to ensure service standards are met and maintained.


    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, candidates must have a minimum 'O' level, completed professional training in Customer Services and Ground Operations, 4 years of airline industry experience, working knowledge of Reservations/Fares and Ticketing, Departure Control Systems, Baggage Tracing and claims handling, Microsoft Word/E-Mail/Excel proficiency, fluency in English and local language, and advanced customer service delivery skills.
