There are two methods to join Vueling Cabin Crew
- The Yellow Academy is a school designed to train future Flight Attendants and develop talent. It offers a 28-day training program, official certification from CAE, an employment contract with Vueling, personalized mentoring, and partial subsidy from Vueling. The academy is open to individuals over 18 years old with a Baccalaureate degree.
- The other option is for experienced cabin crew, who must have a minimum age of 18 years, a Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma, valid Cabin Crew Attestation, and an EASA Class 2 medical certificate. Applicants must also have a smart appearance, a proactive attitude towards customers, fluency in English, knowledge of other languages, a work permit in the European Community, no criminal record, geographical availability to work in any of Vueling's Spanish bases, and flexibility in schedules. Candidates must not have participated in a Vueling selection process in the previous six months.
