As a flyadeal Cabin Crew Member, responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety, delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with boarding and deplaning, managing food and beverage services, addressing passenger needs, conducting pre-flight safety checks, maintaining aircraft cleanliness, participating in ongoing training, and strictly adhering to flyadeal policies and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma, fluency in English, and meet flyadeal BMI requirements. Physical fitness is essential, including a minimum arm span of 212 cm while on tiptoes. A clean medical record, absence of visible tattoos or piercings, and a valid passport are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate strong swimming abilities (50 meters unattended), exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous. Flexibility in working hours, a professional demeanor, and impeccable grooming are required.
