As a Cabin Crew Member you will be responsible for Ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft through adherence to company policies and procedures whilst delivering excellent customer service to all AirAsia passengers.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must be aged 18 or above with flawless skin, no visible marks, no braces, healthy-looking hair, a minimum height of 157cm for ladies and 170cm for men, and a minimum arm reach of 210cm.
The ideal candidate should be fun, team player with a positive, outgoing attitude, determination, persistence. A Make It Happen attitude, and boundless energy. Hard work is also essential, as you will be on the move for hours, handling conflicts, cleaning cabins, toilets, and working on the tarmac or at the gates. Being firm when needed is crucial, including giving instructions during emergencies, calming tense situations, and enforcing rules and regulations.
