Description
As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for adhering to company grooming standards, validating mandatory and regulatory trainings, conducting inflight sales, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures set by the Government, DGCA, and Company Manuals.
Maintaining current knowledge of rules, regulations, and procedures for aircraft operations is crucial. You must ensure customer comfort and enthusiasm, and take detailed galley handovers to ensure all sales stock, pre-booked meals, and catering uplifts are as per catering documents.
Maintaining good public relations in the cabin by engaging positively and proactively with customers is essential. On-time performance is maintained, and self-discipline is maintained at all times while adhering to the cabin crew code of conduct.
Responsibilities include checking, safeguarding, and returning company equipment and unused catering supplies, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of aircraft cabins, lavatories, and galleys, and monitoring the cabin throughout the flight. Reporting issues, discrepancies, non-compliances, or defects to the Inflight Manager is also required.
Make all relevant announcements as defined in the Announcement book, complete pre-flight and post-flight duties, and recommend changes to service delivery, design, and product enhancement based on customer and crew feedback. Practice effective CRM to ensure coordination with the cockpit crew and other related departments, and go beyond the call of duty in assisting colleagues.

Requirements
Candidates for this role must be Indian nationals with valid passports, PAN cards, and Aadhar cards. Minimum age for freshers is 18 to 28 years, and up to 35 years old for experienced cabin crew. Minimum height is 155 cms for females and 167.5 cms for males, with fluency in English and Hindi. Medical fitness is required, with BMI ranges for females 18-23 and males 18-25, and no visible tattoos or marks.
