    Sun Country Airlines Flight Attendants play a vital role in ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable flying experience for passengers onboard. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of duties, all adhering to FAA regulations and company policies. From conducting pre-flight safety checks and responding effectively during emergencies to selling onboard amenities, you'll be the face of Sun Country in the air. Additionally, you'll prepare and serve meals, address customer illness and injury, diffuse tense situations, and maintain order within the cabin, all while conducting your tasks with safety and efficiency at the forefront. Be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned by management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight for everyone onboard.

    Benefits and Offers

    Sun Country Airlines offers a monthly guarantee of 72.5 flight hours at a $21.53 rate of pay, represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Flight Attendants are responsible for purchasing their first uniform and luggage, which may be deducted from payroll once employed. Relocation costs are solely the responsibility of the Flight Attendant. Sun Country Airlines operates 365 days a year, with shifts based on seniority. On-call Flight Attendants must be available at the airport within 2 hours of assignment, with 10 days off per month. Line holding Flight Attendants receive a minimum of 13 days off per month.


    Requirements

    To be considered for this Flight Attendant role with Sun Country Airlines, candidates must possess a high school diploma, be at least 20 years old upon completing initial training, and have strong English language skills.     Finally, relocation within a two-hour radius of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is mandatory. The role may require absences from home for up to six consecutive nights, extended periods on reserve status, and fitting comfortably into FA jump seats. Additionally, good vision and hearing acuity are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a demanding and varied schedule. A neat and professional appearance is paramount, adhering to the airline's uniform and appearance standards.
