Job Description
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will host British Airways and third-party customers throughout the ground journey, including check-in, boarding, connections, arrivals, and customer service touchpoints. Your role involves providing a world-class customer experience, focusing on personalised service, and delivering differentiated services to premium customers. You will be the first point of contact for all customers, resolving problems efficiently and building strong relationships. You will identify and maximize revenue opportunities, provide role model behavior, and facilitate safe, secure, and on-time departures. You will also ensure compliance with safety, security, process, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should be 18 years old, fluent in English, hold a valid passport, live and work in the UK, obtain and retain an airside pass, work 24/7, and have hospitality experience. Key skills include strong communication, excellent teamwork, proactivity, resilience, computer and numeracy skills, feedback, understanding customer satisfaction, and taking ownership of issues.
