Qatar Airways is seeking an Airport Services Duty Officer in Berlin to oversee flight-handling activities, including editing, check-in, transfers, and boarding, to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing manpower, ensuring proper allocation of resources, conducting checks, resolving customer complaints, and facilitating ramp handling activities. The individual will be a direct representative of the Airport Services Manager and will be responsible for ensuring punctuality and safety in all Qatar Airways operations.
Job Requirements
A successful candidate must have relevant experience in airline or reputable Ground Handling Operations, a strong background in airport operations, a good understanding of ICAO and IATA regulations, and excellent customer focus and service delivery. Must also have legal rights to live and work in Germany.
