Job Description
We are looking for Call Center Agent(s) who would be responsible for inbound and outbound calls. Call Center Agent has to respond to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. While maintaining high-quality customer service, the Call Center Agent will also be responsible to convert calls into sales.
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Attend inbound calls and make outbound calls
Communicate clearly with and effectively with customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp etc.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the Team Leaders
Achieve KPIs assigned for sales & ancillary
Support and assist customers and travel agents
Promote Jazeera Airways services & company products
Attend and respond passengers’ complaints and queries
Work on the reservation system and handle the sales requirements
Maintain service quality and follow up on customers’ inquiries
Handle flights disruption and communicate the same with customers in case of any delays, flights cancelled, or time changes (if needed)
Assist and guide online & offline customers with all travel regulations
Job Requirements
Minimum High School/Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year experience in a customer support role
Excellent Customer Service & Selling Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Professional Phone Etiquettes
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Must be willing to work in shifts
Should be Punctual & Dependable
