Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and implementation of Inflight service processes and procedures
Responsible for procedure content for the Inflight P&P manual
Collaborates with flight attendants, Inflight supervisors, and other departments when evaluating and/or developing Inflight policies and procedures, i.e., collaborates with Catering to develop service delivery procedures, coordinates with Safety to ensure safety procedures are integrated into overall procedures
Collaborates with Inflight Training and Operational Communications to ensure any new or revised procedures are communicated to the flight attendant population in an appropriate manner
Coordinates with Bases/Domiciles, and other departments to acquire feedback and discuss/accurate discrepancies related to Inflight services
Project management - assemble and provide leadership to cross divisional teams to develop both short and long-term in-flight initiatives driven by corporate, divisional or continuous improvement needs
Develop Inflight service policies and procedures
Maintain project timelines and document project issues
