Qatar Airways is currently hiring Airport Services Duty Supervisor in Dallas, TX, USA on Full-time basis to: supervise your team to deliver exceptional customer service; support the Airport Services Manager when needed; deal with flight delays, disruptions, denied boarding; Facilitate ramp handling; Supervise the airport team; Provide leadership, demonstrate team building skills, direct staff and evaluate performance; Generate various reports and always keep the workplace neat and tidy; Manage and train the ticketing team
