Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Supports the implementation of promotional campaigns to achieve the target revenue for France. This includes translations from English to French, creation of dedicated landing pages, creation of newsletters and updating QR website.
Provides support to the E-commerce Officer regarding online marketing activities to increase relevant traffic flow and sales conversion, SEO, display, email marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram) and affiliate campaigns; ensure delivery of all campaign applications on time, to budget and to the highest standard.
Creates, modifies and manages qatarairways.fr pages to ensure site information is kept up to date and meets commercial objectives and legal/best practice requirements. Report any technical bugs in order to maximise customer satisfaction and improve conversion rate.
Prepares the weekly and monthly report regarding website performance. Assists in analysing web traffic statistics and ROI of all marketing campaigns; compile regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management.
Supports the implementation of tactical campaigns to generate revenue for the company and increases the brand awareness of Qatar Airways. This includes being in relation with suppliers and Head Office in order to get requested elements of a campaign (authorization and creative).
Creates and implements initiatives and activities to increase e-newsletter subscribers and loyalties members (Privileges Club and Student Club), to achieve the targets.
Ensures effective exploitation of all sales opportunities across QR.com, which support strategy and overall targets
Other duties and responsibilities as requested by Management.
Job Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Business with Marketing/E-commerce majors.
Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Online marketing/E-commerce experience is necessary.
Expert in both English and French, written and spoken.
Work experience in a digital agency or a digital marketing department of a B2C retailer is an advantage.
Travel industry experience or prior airline experience is an advantage
Excellent oral and written communications and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of working with MS office packages
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics (or another analytics tool) and one CMS
You must have the current legal right to live and work in France to be considered for this role.
