Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Communicate effectively through telephone, Email and eDM/DotMailers to build a professional rapport with our Trade partners for high standards of a customer delivery and customer experience.
Be responsible for handling all trade-related queries; administrative tasks such as preparation, dispatch and filing of Agency Agreements; Trade Account set-ups and password resets while maintaining an audit trial of all such activities on a monthly log.
Have an ability to form valuable relationships with our B2B partners whilst leveraging our brand values to ensure repeat business and continuous growth of the B2B channel and its Revenue & PAX contribution.
Have an ability to interact and effectively communicate with a host of third party suppliers, including within the wider Group such as CGS, Yalago & appointed DMCs, but also with our own In-Resort teams for a 360-degree B2B service requirement coverage.
Be responsible for handling CSRs to ensure Refunds processing and relevant Finance reconciliation for consortia statements are carried out in a timely manner.
Be responsible for continuously growing the B2B customer database and ensuring a proper maintenance for future distribution of trade offers/posters and dissemination of trade communication and updates via Dotmailer.
Be responsible for organizing all trade-related events such as webinar training, FAM trips and any ad hoc events. This also entails attending any Trade events hosted by EKH or third-party Supplier partners.
Liaise with internal stakeholder business units such as Product, Marketing, Sales & Service and Finance to ensure a seamless coordination of all relevant tasks required for B2B leveraging to the wider market.
Conduct quarterly sales visits to Travel Agents as and when required to the designated sales territory. This could entail carrying out onsite systems training on ADNext where required.
Contribute towards your own personal development by keeping abreast of our Air & Non-Air Product offerings to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of the EKH Portfolio.
Job Requirements
Educated up to GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
Travel and Tourism qualification desirable
Widely travelled with a passion for destinations such as Dubai, Indian Ocean and Far East destinations
Well-versed with all Airline products and ancillaries.
Working knowledge & understanding of ABTA and its rules desirable
Knowledge of IATA Geography and Emirates network
In-depth knowledge of all Teams interaction platforms
