Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
You'll support the delivery of key strategic Talent, Selection, Assessment and Development initiatives.
You’ll focus on employee experience, talent branding, data analysis of development & selection programmes as well as digitalization and automation
You'll be responsible to deliver the candidate journey, both internally and externally, ensuring a high level of service is delivered within appropriate SLA’s.
Job Requirements
You should be educated to a bachelor’s level in Human Resources or Business Management with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development function.
You’ll have knowledge of application tracking systems; Taleo, Sniperhire, ORC or relevant
You’ll be proficient using MS Office tools; word, powerpoint and excel
Level A&P or project management training is desirable.
