Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for day-to-day implementation of local cleanliness activities and monitoring local inventory rates supporting corporate and divisional goals and initiatives.
Ensures a seamless and quality execution of cleanliness methods and standards within aircraft cabin and airport facilities
Conducts "on the spot" auditing of supplier cleanliness activities and services within facilities and onboard aircraft against standardized specs, Cleanliness methods & standards and/or the Delta CareStandard.
Promotes the Delta culture of clean amongst suppliers and within the operation daily; acts as the Delta Cleanliness champion at assigned station
May assist with drafting clean-related correspondences at the local level
Provides on the spot identification of and resolution to cleanliness concerns or less than acceptable cleanliness supplier performance
Coordinates with Cleanliness Strategy team & Cleanliness Operations analysts and leadership to ensure daily activity data is provided timely and accurately.
Uses technology devices to capture and report cleanliness data for assigned station
Works a shift-like schedule that will include nights, holidays and weekends
Responsible for leading constructive and proactive performance conversations at local level with supplier leadership

Job Requirements
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop)
Basic knowledge of airline operations metrics
Ability to communicate well both orally and written; must speak English fluently
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of work experience
Ability to speak another language or languages in addition to English
Prior experience in airport or hospitality operations, frontline positions, cleanliness, safety or vendor relations
