Job Description
In this role you will add immediate value by ensuring recruitment of personnel in accordance with the approved manpower plan. You will advertise staff vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants, give selection tests, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management about staff appointments.
You will also be responsible to support the development of psychometric and personality development tools, instruments, and sophisticated recruitment based behavioral assessments to enable the company to use best methods in the selection process.
It is essential that you have strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, as this role reports to our Head Office in Doha and will form part of the Outstations Recruitment team.
You will be recruiting for roles within the Americas region so any experience of international recruitment would be advantageous.

Job Requirements
You will ideally have a Bachelors degree from a recognized university
You will have a minimum of 4 years recruitment experience within a large multinational environment preferably in the airline/travel industry. Your proven influencing experience and exposure to HR systems and interviewing techniques will be essential to your success in this role. Candidates will possess In-House recruitment experience.
Your demonstrated experience in managing effective working relationships will help you to work under pressure to defined tight timescales and budget.
