Job Description
As a part of the role of Sales Operations Agent in Seoul, you will be actively engaging with the sales team to help achieve revenue targets. Providing excellent customer support to travel agencies, corporate customers and internal stakeholders. .
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Handle multi-products and services as required by the business.
Adhere to SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) for sales operations function.
Handle all sales operations activities including Reservations and Ticketing, Refund Trade, Corporate Account Support, Sales Support, Group Sales, Tariffs, Distribution.
Job Requirements
Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level or equivalent with minimum 1 years of relevant experience, similar industry background will be preferred however not mandatory.
Customer Service Expereince is highly recommended
Airline fares and ticketing skills particularly Amadeus highly preferred
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, customer first mindset
Problem-solving skills, efficiency-oriented mindset and team player.
Passionate about travel industry
Fluency in English
PC literate with basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
