We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Learning Academy Apprenticeship team, responsible for the implementation and delivery of Apprenticeships across the business, in our Manchester and Newcastle global engagement centres maintaining British Airways' rating as a Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with knowledge and experience in Apprenticeship delivery and governance to join the team. The successful candidate will need to be able to lead the delivery of apprenticeships within the Global Engagement Centres and have highly developed communication, influencing and decision making skills, while balancing the needs of the organisation and the stringent funding rules, as set by the ESFA. Travel will be required between the Manchester and Newcastle Engagement Centres.
