Job Description
Provide comprehensive sales support to Commercial Sales Team ensuring that all reports are up to date and shared in MS Teams. Support Emirates Holidays East markets and new markets with end to end bookings and communication with frontline, Travel trade and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Support Emirates Holidays East commercial , frontline teams , Travel trade and customers end to end via verbal, written communication and system for quotations, bookings, long stay queries, amendments, issuing documents for both B2B and B2C, profit recording, market analyse, set up of new partners and staff in Emirates Holidays system.
Liaise with frontline EKH East markets if they require support in peak seasons, or any training requirements.
Processing and servicing Groups’ requests, handling all groups’ customer inquiries, and producing status reports.
Consolidate and manage reports handling process end to end: reporting, verification, memo, liaising with various departments (e.g. finance and commercial), ensuring that deadlines are met.
Consolidate and manage reports on used collection, unpaid or half paid files and address to all frontline teams to finalize the payments. Verify the files in Derwent for each services booked on file. Address concern areas to line manager.
Liaise with various departments viz. Sales, Operations, Outstations, product, Marketing, Pricing, etc., on a range of administrative matters related to the needs of the Sales Department, to ensure the smooth functioning of the section.
Maintain Commercial agreement contract and ensure that the deals are renewed/revised when required, and filed appropriately so that an up to date contract can be easily retrieved and provide timely feedback to commercial team.
Provide administrative support to all sales staff by drafting high quality letters when required, maintaining and updating various Data Base thus enabling the Sales Staff to spend more time proactively. support facilitate trainings, organize trade events, webinar invite , activities, logistics , annual conference and FAM Trips for internal staff, agents and partners.
Co-relate on behalf of the Management and Sales Team etc., on updated fare lists, discounts, grievances in order to ensure better customer service. Co-ordinate with marketing for timely deposits of brochures/fliers/posters etc., for the Sales Team to effect timely deliverances in the market.
Support commercial teams with presentations whenever required.
Job Requirements
Commercial/Sales.Other : 2+ Years
12 Years schooling or equivalent
Experience in Sales support/admin in commercial department of an airline industry.
Computer literate with MS Excel, MS Word, Access, Power Point/Email/Internet.
Proven ability to work independently with minimum amount of supervision.
Should have strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
