Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide Leadership and supervision of all Agents and Supervisors within assigned area.
Provide clear and concise direction to all Teammembers to ensure consistency of roles and duties .
Provide performance updates and improvement action plans in staff meetings and huddles.
Drive performance processes by setting goals and objectives, monitoring results against key metrics, and holding Supervisors accountable for results.
Meet or exceed performance goals for the system and Station through effective decisions.
Coordinate Station activities to ensure Customer satisfaction and security of Company funds.
Provide friendly service to, and maintains positive relationships with all internal and external Customers
Assist in hiring and training of Supervisors and Employees.
Monitor staffing in assigned areas to ensure maximum utilization of personnel and efficient use of overtime.
Ensure frequent and accurate communication within assigned work area.
Provides detailed passdown/communication log to Station Leadership and coordinate information exchange during shift changes.
Develops Leadership at Supervisor level and builds a high performing Team.
Foster Employee engagement to maintain positive morale and Team Spirit.
Motivates Employees to the highest degree of Customer Service while maintaining Company and departmental goals.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
High School diploma or equivalency required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years of leadership experience required.
One year of Ground Operations Leadership preferred.
One year Ground Ops cross functional (Ramp, Ops, Customer Service, Freight) knowledge preferred.
Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and meet all local airport requirements.
May be required to obtain a Customs Seal and meet all requirements for international flights.
Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting (50lbs.) standing, sitting, driving, pulling, pushing, squatting, climbing, walking,
kneeling, reaching, crawling and writing.
Must have the ability to assume a high level of responsibility.
Must have the ability to maintain constructive relationship with Employees at all levels.
Must have the ability to solve complex operational problems.
Must have the ability to understand operational processes and work requirements.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be proficient in computer software packages.
Must utilize resources to meet operational demands.
Must possess excellent people leadership skills including, coaching, mentoring, and directing.
Must be aware of hazardous situations and be able to handle emergencies as needed.
Must maintain a safe working environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Ability to review reports and analytics to execute plans for improved performance.
Ability to master several computer software packages and operational tools.
Ability to work as part of a Team.
Ability to work under tight time constraints.
Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to work shift work, extended hours and holidays may be required.
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
