Job Description
The Senior Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team with the operational running of the team, which is multi-functional, with the prime function being the provision of ticketing and reservation support for corporate, travel trade, groups and the general public. The role is part of a team that will work very closely within the Sales team under the direction of the VP Sales, Americas and Manager, Global QAC and Sales Support. Various team members in this role will focus on Support functions. All team members will be cross trained in each other’s portfolio. The Americas region includes North and South America and Canada.

Extensive Customer Service experience
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously with sound decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service results within a complex business environment
Excellent customer service delivery
Sound analytical skills to escalate as required
Sound understanding of fares and ticketing, public and private tariffs
Knowledge or experience in relevant pricing systems
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Highly developed communication and influencing skills at both internally and externally
Exceptional presentation skills
