Job Description
Based in our Central London office, you will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across the UK and Europe region. You will provide support across our Commercial, Ground Services and Cargo businesses playing a critical part in ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This represents a fantastic opportunity in a fast-paced environment in a leading Aviation group to contribute to our continued development and evolution. .
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey.
Creating and posting advertisements, organising and attending interviews, organising ability and psychometric assessments
Building talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates using multiple sourcing and attraction methods to fill vacancies.
Organising recruitment campaigns overseas and locally
Screening prospective candidates - Phone interviewing, video screening, reference checking.
Playing a pivotal role in ensuring candidates have a positive experience where they are well informed and supported.
Continuous innovation of the recruitment process suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a similar Recruitment support role.
You will have either gained your recruitment experience within a recruitment agency environment, where you have managed multiple roles for multiple clients simultaneously or In-house corporate recruitment experience from a fast-paced multinational company environment
You will be truly passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
You have solid experience in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn and other social media platforms)
You will have meticulous attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills along with a positive can -do attitude.
