Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Provide a service to Emirates Nett Fare Contract Holders by actioning their requests in line with contractual requirements so that a high standard of service is provided to the Clients in order to maximise revenue.
Provide support to all the assigned Sales Team members by actioning investigative queries relating to Nett fare contracts and maintaining the contract holders’ files.
Make all necessary arrangements for the Clients’ FAM trips, action staff AD tickets for all contract holders via E-IRA system.
Action SAUG / Lounge / Excess Baggage requests
Organise paid Excess Baggage Requests as approved by SM and liaise with London Ticketing to action
Create Prizewinner Letters as per request by SE / SM
Assist with Business Rewards / Skywards queries where possible or divert to right teams.
Liaising with internal teams to solve issues – MANCC / London Ticketing / Airports for offloads / Chauffeur Car Operations.
Action requests from Global Account Manager regarding printing, scanning, and distributing global deals / Preparing Hybrid ticketing instructions / PCC updates and emailing Dubai with an updated version of the deals
Maintain the contact lists to ensure all agent databases are kept updated and send the updated version to all teams including ticket office/airports / internal
Prepare and distribute Sales Agency Agreement or Contract Letter for new Seat Only, IT or Corporate Agents, update SharePoint, and generate reports from Micro Strategy and Sales Force.com as required.
Report suspicious Agency activities to Sales Managers and report discrepancies on EK Internet fares and associated Website information so that fare inaccuracies are amended as a matter of priority.
Assist the sales team with the creation of Dotmailer requests as and when required.
General codeshare queries
Corporate contract queries - Input corporate deal proposals, co-ordinate CAT35 filing and distribution to corporate, check and confirm fare visibility checking with trade
Finance surge reporting - Liaison with Sales Managers / Executives for consolidation and onward communication
Assisting Sales Managers with required client data - salesforce.com / Micro Strategy / flown revenue reporting
Job Requirements
Educated to “A” level standard.
Skilled use of MS Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, data presentation. Sales Force.com and Micro Strategy proficiency preferred.
Good knowledge of IT and Nett Fares and Ticketing.
Good reservations skills.
Good working knowledge of Leisure, Consolidator, and Corporate markets.
