Currently, British Airways has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based anywhere within the US.
Alongside People Partnering, you will manage the acquisition of talent for professional, volume, technical and emerging talent groups covering the broad range of roles and professions across British Airways Worldwide Airports and Engineering located in the Americas.

Degree qualified or related recruitment qualifications or relevant experience
SHRM qualified /member (desirable)
Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (desirable)
Expertise in direct sourcing approaches across a range of professions and industry sectors (essential)
Expertise in recruitment delivery for volume and professional hires
Proven ability to deliver multiple recruitment campaigns
Expertise in innovating and activating social media channels
Manage stakeholders including senior management clients
Proven strategic resource planning for short, mid and long term
Experienced in using psychometric assessment tools
Knowledge of employment law and other relevant regulatory policies and procedures
Proven ability to work under pressure, to defined timescales and budget
