Job Description
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will host all British Airways and any third party handling customers throughout the ground customer journey including but not limited to check in, boarding, connections, arrivals and customer service touchpoints ensuring a safe and exceptional level of customer service.
Salary - £20,750 + shift pay
Sign on bonus of £1,000, payable in two instalments (£500 in month 3 and £500 in month 6) - external applicants only

Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Job Requirements
Aged 18 or over at the time of application
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Hold a valid passport (with minimum of 12 months before expiry date)
Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK without requirement for sponsorship
Ability to obtain and retain an airside pass
Willing and able to work shifts covering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
Hospitality experience desirable
