Job Description
The Airport Operations & Customer Experience team at BA CityFlyer is responsible for the delivery of safe, punctual and customer-focused operations across our entire network, to ensure that we remain the airline of choice for customers travelling to or from London City Airport.
We are looking to recruit a part-time administrator, initially on a fixed-term contract of 12 months, to be based at London City Airport or in Didsbury, Manchester, to provide administrative support in a variety of areas including supplier invoice checks and managing queries, raising purchase orders, completion of ad-hoc reports and systems access management.
If you have a good eye for detail, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, an understanding of airline/airport operations, and a willingness to learn, we would like to hear from you.
We offer flexible working and hybrid working from day one. This role is part-time, working 22.5 hours per week, with a flexible approach to working days. The salary range for the role differs by location and is based on experience:
Salary based on location: London City: £11,640 - £14,520 or Manchester: £10,440 - £13,020.
