This job is a member of the B2B Engagement Strategy & Delivery team within the Customer Division. In this high visible role and team, you're responsible for developing and delivering on the end-to-end strategy for how we engage with Global Sales & Distribution customers, including targeted marketing and communications deliverables. .

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Builds and executes on the end-to-end strategy for how we engage with American's Global Sales & Distribution customers, via marketing and communications deliverables and channels within the B2B spaces.
Understands current marketing and B2B/B2C/B2B2C consumer behavior trends, and understands the key strategic and field needs of our entire Sales ecosystem - including small/medium-sized businesses, corporate and channel/agency accounts.
Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders in other departments, including: Global Marketing/Digital, Global Engagement, Customer Experience, and Loyalty among other groups.
Interacts directly with industry and American's B2B channels/customers - to understand needs and/or promote innovation in this space.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training.
3 years in commercial strategy and/or integrated marketing/communications experience.
Knowledge of airline industry, Global Sales & Distribution channels, and B2B consumer behavior, modern customer engagement and marketing techniques.
Ability to prioritize requests, simultaneous project management, and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to execute deliverables on a timely and detail-oriented fashion.
Capable of project managing cross-functional projects, and seeing thru deliverables from conception to delivery; confidence in presenting recommendations and executive-level updates/summaries to senior leadership.
Strong grasp of proper syntax and effective tone-of-voice messaging style(s) - dependent on audience and deliverable needs.
Experience in the airline industry, field sales, loyalty programs, creative production, B2B/B2C/B2B2C marketing
