Staff Assistant, AA Credit Union Business Development
This job is a member of the Business Development team within the American Airlines Credit Union. This role is responsible for providing project management and administrative support to diverse programs managed by the Business Development department. .

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Support and help champion the administration of department programs including but not limited to: webinars, dealership network, brand ambassadors, etc.
Maintain and provide comprehensive written reports on a regular basis
Develop basic manuals and/or internal P&P as needed
Coordinate the production and/or distribution of custom sales tools for our business development and branch team, manage the inventory, and help process invoices
Assist with business development projects and/or special events
Assist with basic design and text changes of sales tools
Ensure all the production of sales tools accurately represent our brand
Orders, tracks and manages promotional items for departments and branches
Manage and maintain the brand store
Performs other duties as assigned
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all account and related information which is part of their work and for ensuring that his/her work is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Minimum two years of work experience relevant to the nature of the described job duties
Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
Ability to demonstrate above average organizational, oral and written communications skills
Ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and capacity for strong attention to detail
Ability to accept ownership, responsibility and accountability for functional obligations, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to a changing environment
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and function as an integral part of a team
Ability to build and maintain positive business relationships across departments and frontline team members
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to adjust work schedule and work additional hours as necessary to support operational needs
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds is required
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, and possibly overnight, as required
Ability to maintain satisfactory performance and attendance
Ability to pass applicable American Airlines pre-hire compliance checks
Must have an acceptable credit history, which will be verified
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related area, or equivalent work experience
