Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a new British Airways short haul subsidiary based at London Gatwick. To join the training team you must have at least 24 months flying experience with British Airways or another commercial airline as a Cabin Crew member or Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM). A background in training is desirable. You’ll be assigned to a wholly owned subsidiary of British Airways at Gatwick and be part of the BA Group.
As a member of our training team you’ll confidently, professionally and passionately deliver training courses which motivate and inspire our crew colleagues to deliver world class service to our customers. To act as a role model both in the classroom and on board our aircraft. To train in the air and on the ground.
Crew Trainers will be able to earn up to a max of £24,000 a year with flying/duty pay, inflight sales commission and allowances (basic pay is £15,206) as well as great company benefits, including Staff Travel benefits from day one. In addition a trainer surcharge will be paid for each training day on top of flying/duty pay.

As a crew trainer you’ll role model and lead your peers to deliver the highest standards of safety and service across our European network from Gatwick. You’ll be at the heart of our team and will need to confidently, professionally and passionately deliver training courses which motivate and inspire our crew colleagues to deliver world class service to our customers.
Job Requirements
You’ll need to deliver training to the highest standards with a determination to influence the standards delivered to our customers. This is a uniformed role and requires the job holder to work flexibly to cover our training operation seven days a week, 365 days a year including unsociable hours for training.
