In the role you will manage the acquisition of talent for professional, volume, technical and emerging talent groups covering the broad range of roles and professions across British Airways in a fast paced and ever changing environemnt.
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

Accountable for the full delivery of recruitment lifecycle, from campaign initiation to on-boarding, covering internal/external recruitment campaigns, temporary appointments and permanent hires.
Effective business partnering, to deliver effective, cost efficient resourcing whilst ensuring high level candidate experience and client satisfaction.
