Job Description
This job is a member of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division. This position will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Flight Management Staff.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Interacts professionally in a service-culture environment while assisting pilots with operational, administrative and personnel matters
Answers phones, general questions and assists with walk-in traffic
Assists with issuing and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintains pilot supplies and mailboxes at DCA, IAD and BWI airport and will be required to have multiple SIDA badges
Assists with webpage updates, issuing/logging uniform items, training hotel requests, parking permits, Charters, service awards and employee ID’s
Maintains Loaner iPads and Jeppesens
Processes Space Positive and Emergency Travel requests
Assists with First Year Pilot tracking and management
Assists with Voluntary Personal Leaves, Military Leave, LTD, Unpaid sick leaves, and pilot retirements
Assists with the Flight Office Weekly Newsletter and base communications
Ensures all personnel records are processed for each pilot who transfers into or out of the base
Inventories and orders operational and office supplies via Coupa
Maintains detailed data files in Excel and updates Sharepoint
Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalency
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Successful candidate must be comfortable and adaptable to changes, in a health and safety COVID world. Candidate will be working in an environment where wearing a mask may be mandatory. Guidelines must be followed for social distancing, sanitization, health screenings, and personal protection equipment (PPE).
Prior use of DECS, Sharepoint and Coupa preferred
Ability to exercise good judgement and work under time contraints with professionalism, efficiency, patience and respect
Minimum typing skill of 25 to 49 W.P.M.
Skilled in Microsoft Office software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
