Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for AP & AR management, bill review and related account audit
Responsible for checking accounts, preparing financial statements, and communicating and coordinating with all related departments in the company
Supervise the implementation of rules and regulations of related departments
External communication and coordination on payment, tax, insurance and etc.
Business process update and improvement according to new policies
Other related tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields
Relevant experience in AP, accounting, banking or taxation
Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
