    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for AP & AR management, bill review and related account audit

    • Responsible for checking accounts, preparing financial statements, and communicating and coordinating with all related departments in the company

    • Supervise the implementation of rules and regulations of related departments

    • External communication and coordination on payment, tax, insurance and etc.

    • Business process update and improvement according to new policies

    • Other related tasks assigned by the manager


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields

    • Relevant experience in AP, accounting, banking or taxation

    • Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin Chinese

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

    • Detail-oriented and with a strong sense of responsibility

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
