Job Description
This role is a member of the People team and supports the HDQ HR Compliance team. This role is responsible for collecting completed Fingerprint Applications and checking for accuracy, scanning fingerprints and transmitting to the Clearinghouse. .

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Collects USPS forms and checks for accuracy, database entry and working with the RPO via Sharepoint
Interacts with HDQ and station management by phone and email
Explains information to assist hiring managers bringing recalls/transfers/new hires onboard with American
All you'll need for success
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1 year experience with Microsoft Excel
Ability to make excellent decisions making capabilities and strong organization skills
Ability to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Previous experience in Microsoft Access
Previous experience transmitting fingerprints
Previous experience with Fingerprint applications
