    Reporting to the Head of Distribution, the Content Manager is responsible for creating, delivering and maintaining a compelling and accurate online presence to successfully promote IAG Cargo’s products and services online delivering a measurable improvement in the online customer experience and commercial outcomes.

    This role will measurably improve the online customer experience of IAGCargo.com by creating new content and maintaining existing content, including maintenance of urgent operational messages, in collaboration with all other parts of the IAG Cargo business to successfully promote IAG Cargo’s products and services.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Maintain existing website content through a headless CMS to ensure ongoing accuracy, effectiveness and relevance of all online content on IAGCargo.com.

    • Tracking through analytics to measure the effectiveness of the current content and propose changes to continually improve the online customer experience.

    • Design and implement new website content ensuring that IAG Cargo products and services are visible and relevant to the marketplace.

    • Researching and writing new copy, selecting and editing images appropriately and managing the copy translation process.


    Job Requirements

    • +3 years CMS experience.

    • Experience working with Contentful.

    • Google Analytics analytical experience.

    • Collaborative with good planning skills to ensure content changes are delivered to a high quality in a timely manner.

    • Good understanding of online customer experience and how to improve it.

    • Looks externally and applies new website content design methodology appropriately.

    • Understanding of UX design principles and creation of wireframes.

    • Comprehensive understanding of SEO.

    • Flexible, proactive, able to cope with ambiguity to drive successful online outcomes.

    • Ability to scope content change projects and a track-record of good project delivery.

    • Excellent written communication skills.
