Job Description
This job is a member of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for providing a wide variety of services to pilots in training, publications and hotel vendors, as well as inter-departmental employees. The primary task is to answer and adhere to customer requests for assistance either in person, by email or over the phone.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Orders/Issues Jeppesen and QRH manuals to pilots
Orders/issues plotting charges to all AA domestic and international flight locations
Keeps inventory and orders manuals/QRHs as needed for classes
Early issue manuals to pilots upon request
Maintains record of charged materials
Fills pilot requests for pages, revisions, etc. and sends out via board mail or FedEx
Maintains Jeppesen Fed Ex Air bill numbers and handle distribution delivery problems for Bases
Order sand ships plotting charts to AA domestic and international cities
Pilot Training Hotel Bookings
Processes hotel requests for pilots and instructors in training
Processes daily changes, cancellations or additions with the appropriate hotel
Accommodates pilots who request early arrivals
Makes daily calls to pilots to confirm hotel needs
Enters all hotel information in TMS
Works with other departments for hotel bookings
Produces monthly report for hotel usage
Other
Assists Pilots with processing Chinese Visas
Fingerprints pilots returning to work
Books A1 – A3 Travel on Mesa & Republic
Books observation flights for new hires
Orders all RTW iPads on a needed basis
Keeps inventory of iPads and Hyper juice batteries
Processes RMA for DFW based Pilots, Instructors and Check Airmen
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training/experience
1 year customer service experience
Must be willing to work Weekends
Demonstrated computer skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and function as an integral part of a team
Self-motivated with strong organization, time management and work prioritizing skills
Have great customer service skills, a great attitude and a positive outlook
Have great attention to detail
Be a quick learner and self-motivated
Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
Work well under pressure
Be able to work as a team player
2 year's experience working in a prior support or administrative position
Understanding of corporate policies and procedures
