As a Marketing Officer, you will add immediate value by supporting the development, integration, and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and cross- sell efforts. You will also directly contribute to the delivery of the sales revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy that targets existing and new markets.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting a profitable, analytics-driven multi-channel marketing strategies and programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, engagement and cross- selling, marketing research, web development, marketing communications and public relations.
Providing guidance in marketing and public relations strategy initiatives within the area of responsibility while working closely with the Marketing Manager.
Identifying, building and rolling out marketing best practices while maintaining marketing standards and compliance.
Supporting in budget planning process of marketing and financial plans.
Supporting in developing the business strategy and ethics to build relationships, collaborate, identify opportunities and assist in achieving the station commercial objectives.
Maintaining good relationships with suppliers, agencies and media companies at all times and demonstrating a high standard of conduct and service.
Supporting the creation of the marketing plan to ensure cost effective use of marketing spend.
Managing merchandise stock levels and undertaking all merchandise procurement.
Coordinating and managing internal and external events and exhibitions.
Monitoring and producing timely reports on monthly basis for all marketing campaigns and activity.
Co-managing external marketing projects and PR agencies.
Effectively managing e- communications to all trade customer segments.
Planning and implementing customer and retention activities.
Effectively communicating marketing campaigns to all internal QR departments.
Liaising with and obtaining buy-in from external parties and other QR departments necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
Performing other department duties related to his/ her position as directed by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
Extensive knowledge in Brand Management- Brand B2C or B2B, preferably both
Strong digital experience in Digital campaigns and digital metrics/ reporting
Strong experience in Project Management working on taking campaign from start to finish
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role, fluency in Spanish, French or Portuguese is desirable but not essential
Knowledge of travel industry is desirable but not essential
You must have the right to live and work in the US to be considered
