The Hub Operational Administration Representative will be focused on coordinating Customer Care and Customer Operations operational coverage for AA’s 2nd largest hub in Charlotte, NC.

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Answer sick calls from Customer Care and Customer Operations employees
Cover sick calls and requested overtime for operational groups and communicate coverage to management
Prepare employee duty rosters and operational documentation throughout the day
Complete necessary paperwork, update spreadsheets, and enter necessary WorkBrain information
Assist employees with WorkBrain, payroll, and timesheet-related questions
Navigate and update information in multiple systems
Assist in or move to other areas of the Planning & Administration department as needed (such as Station Accounting, Distribution and Accounts Payable)
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Strong verbal communication skills, including extended periods on the telephone
Minimum typing skill of 60 words per minute
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA)
Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs Security badges, if applicable
