Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ensuring and maintaining an effective compliance culture within Qatar Airways network in relation to US Department of Transportation and Canadian Transportation Agency regulatory directives.
Being the point-of-contact and escalation point who will provide proper guidance and assistance on US DOT / CTA related complaints and resolution.
Performing compliance audit to evaluate the process particularly at the airports, e-commerce and marketing and report the results and take actions for corrective measures and continuous improvement in coordination with Head Office Commercial and Ground Services departments.
Providing awareness about the updates and changes in government regulations and communicate these to the Airport, Customer Contact Centers, and E- Commerce teams to ensure compliance with the regulations.
Facilitating and filing of monthly reports for US DOT and CTA, yearly disability report for US DOT and compiling and analyzing data for Senior Management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years of related experience in a travel industry
Extensive knowledge of US Department of Transportation and Canadian Transportation Agency regulations
Conversant with airline policies and procedures
Strong background in GDS system and working knowledge of Case Management System
Excellent writing and verbal communications skills
You must have the right to live and work in the US to be considered
