Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

• Provides analytical support and relevant data to different areas of the company for ad hoc analysis

• Develops the ability to independently analyze large business questions by manipulating data sources to create actionable analysis and/or reporting

• Completes a technical research project informing product strategy, leveraging advanced modeling techniques and simulation

• Fosters strong, collaborative working relationships across various business, operational and technical workgroups

• Develops strong technical skills utilizing object-oriented programming (Python), querying tools (SQL), data manipulation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Excel) and presentation tools (e.g. Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint)

Job Requirements

• This internship is open to current undergraduate juniors and graduate students who are enrolled in a full-time course of study graduating between December ‘21 and June ‘22

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Proven analytical skills through coursework and/or research

• Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Effective communication skills (e.g. verbal, written and listening)

• Ability to work well with others

• Passion for the airline industry and willingness to learn

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum age of 18.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
